I’m Otsuka, the president of Otsukaya.
This is an introduction to our new floor guide, created through the collaboration of our staff. We offer fabrics and handmade materials across five floors at “Otsukaya Esaka Store” in Osaka. The floor guide provides a list of the product categories available on each floor, as shown here.

Recently, the number of customers visiting Otsukaya Esaka Store from overseas for tourism has increased. To assist these customers, we have put together an easy-to-understand guide on how to shop at Otsukaya.
